Home is Where You Make It: A Celebration of Caribbean Music

ADANNAY hosts an exclusive EP preview listening party, celebrating the life and legacy of Caribbean music in Black Britain.

Taking place at Brixton House on 27th November, ADANNAY will take attendees on a journey through Caribbean music history 75 years on from Windrush, exploring the cultural legacies we inherit and how these influence the ways we make and interact with art today.

The evening will include the premiere of a short film by ADANNAY and a panel discussion featuring singer and rapper and musician GAIKA, musical director Chris Cameron, who has worked with the likes of George Michael, Leona Lewis and Tina Turner, and Indira, one of the founders of Twossaints and specialist in Caribbean indigenous languages.

There will also be acoustic performances, special guests and an exclusive preview of ADANNAY’s upcoming EP, ‘Home Is Where You Make It’
