The Hand: Major Matt Mason

Written by

We refer to a couple houses in Arlington and Redondo Beach, where I was watching Sir Graves Ghastley on TV and playing with Sergent Rock and Major Matt Mason.   On this day, Bobby tells Connor, ‘Beam me up, I’m ready for flight.’  This refers to the song Major Matt Mason, which I wrote about a) my time in California, when all the kids did projects about ‘Tomorrow Land’ based on a Disney exhibit, but b) it also refers to an older man looking back at the tragedies of his life. This is specific reference to a friend of mine at the time Vincent, that went on to have a very sad life; he ultimately died of a drug overdose.  Here it is: Major Matt Mason by AbubillaMusic
